An alcohol-free Arabian music party featuring DJ Sabrology, an Egyptian DJ local to Calgary, who’s passion for uniting people in the name of music and community, has led him to create this series of music parties to advocate for partying without the consumption of alcohol and creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable space for everyone, regardless of age, to dance to the beat of the music and socialize in a public space with friends, family, and more. Specifically, with an objective to cultivate & grow the Arab music scene within Calgary, Sabrology founded this specific series, called Arabian Nights, or ليالي عربية in Arabic, to celebrate the rich Arabian culture.
