Like making your own clothes but have a hard time finding patterns with that perfect fit? Come learn the foundational concepts of pattern making through flat pattern drafting, 3D form alteration, and tailoring. Learn how to take proper measurements, adjust patterns, cut, and sew a muslin to create a proper pattern. This class teaches you the foundational rules and language to begin creating your own custom patterns, and the skills to adjust and fit patterns to fit you!
This course is five 3-hour sessions. The next sessions are:

*Equivalent experience or Pattern Making 101 is the recommended prerequisite for all other pattern making courses offered by Riyoko.
*Students are encouraged to bring their own supplies (pencil, eraser, pins, measuring tape, fabric scissors, paper scissors) except rulers (which are available for purchase in the Riyoko Work/Shop, and during the class) and paper and fabric, which is supplied by Riyoko Work/Shop.
