Join us in the spacious and inspiring Riyoko Work/Shop and learn the fundamental beginner skills to get on your way to exploring and creating! In this class, students will learn their way around the machine through various projects and gain the foundational sewing skills to translate into future projects for themselves. Students will learn how to read patterns, and how to choose fabrics and patterns right for the projects they are making. They will make simple and functional projects like pyjama pants, and zippered pouches ( to hold all the things)! The skills of sewing can seem daunting, but with the right instruction, it can be fun and sew much easier than you think!
This course is three 3-hour sessions. The next sessions is:
