DESCRIPTION:Cabinet of Curiosities by Lizzie Wharton\ncSPACE Marda Loop\nCubbyhole Gallery Level 2\nJuly 7 – August 25\, 2025\n8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Closed on Sunday)  \nLizzie Wharton is a recent graduate of Alberta Univeristy of the Arts in Graphic Design and Advertising. She is currently working at the Alberta Craft Council as a gallery assistant\, and this is her first time showing her work in a public space. \nHer paintings are inspired by Victorian field guides\, and she focuses on mixing images of real-life specimens with her own tantasy creations inspired by playing Dungeons & Dragons with her friends. Many of the pieces in this show are of real creatures\, but some\, even within series\, are entirely fictional. \nLearn More at: www.clevercorvid.ca
