DESCRIPTION:Abstrait Liquide by Patricia Lortie\ncSPACE Marda Loop\nGallery Level 3\nSeptember 9 – October 6\, 2025\n8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Closed Sundays) \n\n\n\nThe Alliance Française is delighted to host “Abstrait Liquide” by Patricia Lortie. \nHer work — including installations\, paintings\, sculptures\, and videos — explores the body’s connection to natural ecosystems\, blending the real and the unconscious to reveal a poetic sensibility. \n“Abstrait Liquide” is a series of acrylic paintings inspired by the movement of natural water systems. Filmed above and below the surface\, subtle ripples\, reflections\, and light guide each brushstroke. The works capture fleeting moments of water\, inviting reflection on nature’s rhythms and patterns. \nThe exhibition will be on view from September 9 to October 6.
