DESCRIPTION:Come learn how to sew\, and start making your own projects.\nJoin us in the spacious and inspiring new Riyoko Work/Shop and learn the fundamental beginner skills to get on your way to exploring and creating! In this class\, students will learn their way around the machine through various projects and gain the foundational sewing skills to translate into future projects for themselves. Students will learn how to read patterns\, and how to choose fabrics and patterns right for the projects they are making. They will make a reversible\, lined gift bag\, pyjama pants\, and learn how to hem pants\, and sew zippers. The skills of sewing can seem daunting\, but with the right instruction\, it can be fun and sew much easier than you think! \nThis course is three 3-hour sessions.
